Built from limestone in the 1840's, Stepping Stone has been lovingly restored to preserve the rich heritage of the period. Stepping Stone features original woodwork throughout, deep-set windows with wood surrounds; a large country kitchen with antique cookstove.

Situated on 150 acres in an area of many lakes, the Rideau Canal System, Rideau Trail Hiking System, and Foley Mountain Conservation Area, Stepping Stone is a nature lover's paradise and an idyllic retreat for busy urbanites. At the door is a private pond for swimming; nature walks; beaver pond; and an abundance of birds and wildlife.

Guest Accommodations:
Eight guest rooms - private guest baths. All rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and top-quality queen-size or twin beds with down-filled duvets. Luxury/bridal suites available with private entrance, jucuzzi, fireplace, and private sitting area.

Dining Room:
