Come back in time with us and feel the old time
warmth of early settlement times. This three storey, post and
beam home marks its 200th anniversary and still welcomes guests
as a Bed & Breakfast. Lilacs surround a spacious yard where
beds of flowers and native plants soothe the soil and delight
the eye.
Canada
House sits partly in the side of the bank overlooking the sandy
east beach and harbour facilities. It's surrounding veranda shades
you in summer's heat and affords an unparelleled view of Lake
Ontario. Your hosts Bo and Sue welcome you to spend a day in a
unique heritage home.
Our
2 guest rooms are appointed with period furniture and boast a
complete history of one of the town founder's life and accomplishments.
Downstairs our restored pioneer kitchen lends itself to a hearty
breakfast with homemade wild jams and jellies.
