Rural Retreat

A Wonderful Opportunity for a Family Holiday... Rural Retreat is nestled among towering oak and pine trees on 2.5 acres of beautiful granite and limestone. Patio doors open from each room to a private outside sitting area overlooking the lake and gardens. Wheelchair accessible lakefront retreat with air conditioned, bright, spacious private rooms. Our son is in a wheelchair so we are very aware of your special needs.

Full country breakfast is served overlooking the lake. Please alert us of any food allergies you might have. You are our guests and we are here to serve you!

Accommodations: Each room is equipped with superior quality queen and twin beds, TV, coffee maker and ceiling fans. Wheelchair accessible roll in shower/bathroom with hot tub spa just down the hall.

Relax in the solitude of 2 lounges with fireplace and library. Enjoy a game of pool, chess or cards in the games room.

Attractions: Swimming on our sandy beach, fishing or take a sunset cruise on the pontoon boat (remember to bring lifejacket if it is a special design). Canoe or paddle boat out to explore our beautiful lake. At dust join singsongs or roast marshmallows around the campfire.
