Driving up the lane to "A Nesting Place"immediately lets you know your stay will be long remembered and cherished. Grounds that are meticulously cared for the, the two-story white house that have been lovingly embellished, and the view of Cameron Lake from the sundeck, are only a few of the things that will make you want to return time and time again.

You will enjoy curling up in front of the fireplace or relaxing in the sunroom with satellite T.V. and a view of the lake. There are three large bedrooms. Two of the rooms share a three piece bath and the other is a suite.

Make sure to drop by and tour my little ANTIQUES& COLLECTIBLES BARN which is located at the rear of the property. THE BARN is open most days from 1 - 6 pm and is a delightful two floors of furnishings, vintage clothing & textiles, china glass and more. Call 705-879-2243 to be sure I'm open. Antique Shop Tour weekend is Sept 21 & 22 this year; a great time to stay at A Nesting Place and then tour over 29 antique shops in the Central Ontario area.

What ever the season, you will be delighted by the many things to do and see in the Kawartha District. Boating, fishing, cycling, birdwatching, canoeing, swimming, golfing, snowmobiling, skating, dogsleding, theatre, dining, shopping, antiquing, boat cruises: these are only a few of the many exciting things to enjoy while visting our area.
