Why hold a Retreat/Conference at Elim?
For more than fifty years Elim Lodge, in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes Region, on a peninsula on beautiful Pigeon Lake has been a quiet oasis of great retreats and Christian music for guests of all ages, all denominations, and all interests. Church groups, youth groups, senior groups, business groups hold partial week, full week or weekend sessions throughout the year.

As one of the largest Christian resorts in Ontario we cater to retreat groups/conferences up to 200 guests at one time. We have a variety of meeting rooms equipped with audio-visual equipment such as TVs, VCRs, film projectors, and overheads to meet your particular needs.

Accommodations
Spread over 48 acres of landscaped grounds, Elim provides a beautiful Ontario Resort setting for your holiday or retreat. We provide a variety of accommodations including 22 cottages, bright spacious motel rooms, apartments and lodge rooms, some with lakefront views of scenic Pigeon Lake. Whatever accommodation you choose, all are close to the amenities of Elim and none are too far away to hear the call of the loons at night.

At our beautiful lakeside dining room, we offer outstanding food with a variety of meal plans to suit your family needs. All meals are very reasonably priced, all are buffet style and all provide the key ingredients for a memorable dining experience. For complete details check with our friendly office staff.

Trailer Park & Campground
Elim maintains 156 sites for those who prefer to set up a seasonal trailer for use from May through October 15th. These sites are in great demand, because Elim's outstanding maintenance of the facilities, and our prohibition of alcohol, tobacco and pets ensure that our seasonal campers have a quiet relaxed atmosphere at all times.

We also have 15 sites set aside for transient campers who come in by the day or week for a pleasant holiday. These sites too are in great demand, so do reserve early for a great site at a great rate.

Our Trailer Park and Campground guests enjoy full usage of all Lodge facilities and programs.

Elim's Facilities & Programs
Our beautiful lakeside dining room seats 200 comfortably. Great meals are the order of the day for the conference season and at all retreats.

The rustic snackery provides ice cream and fast food all summer long. Our Gift Shop provides a wide variety of books and specialty items for all ages. The Rustic Chapel is home to our craft room. Spend a leisurely afternoon with our instructors and create a memorable keepsake to enjoy for years.

Two swimming pools, two tennis courts and two shuffleboard courts are here to enjoy. Weekly softball tournaments add zest to the summer program. Swimming, fishing and boating are popular summer pastimes, while winter skating, skiing and snowmobiling are all available, weather permitting.

Down at the docks our Marina provides boat rentals, bait supplies and complete gas facilities. Our Marina and Lakeside Dining Facilities are available to all our boating friends travelling the Trent System.

Our summer program staff provide daily activities for children from toddlers to teens, Monday through Friday. Many families appreciate these careful program activities for their junior members.
