HeatherCroft Bed and Breakfast
Circa1819
"Located in the heart of tender fruit and
wine country"
Historic Century home and unique example
of Canadian architecture. This home was originally built in 1819
as a one level farmhouse. A second storey was added in 1889, and
an east-wing build and completed in 1945.
The quality of this home is evident in the 12
foot high ceilings, cornice moldings and original fixtures. The
front entrance leads through a decorative arch to the central staircase,
ascending to a half landing with an entrance to the east wing then
on to the second floor. A cozy reading area separates the spacious
bedrooms where large windows invite guests to linger and enjoy the
lovely view of the surrounding orchards.
