Enjoy a great night's sleep in comfort on queen-size pillow top beds in newly decorated rooms. Also enjoy the luxury of your own private washroom in the room. Each room has a television, and for extra convenience, each room is equipped with it's own bar fridge. The Village Restaurant is conveniently located across the street and offers great food at reasonable prices. Staying at The Village B & B lets you enjoy your breakfast at The Village Restaurant, starting your mornings off right. It is also located right beside A Riverpark Inn, which is also owned and operated by George Partheniou.

Kingsbridge Park is located right across the street, and follows the edge of the Welland and the Nigara River. Only a couple of hundred meters from the B&B and you can swim in the Welland River, picnic in the park or watch the little ones play in the large mushroom-shaped fountain and on the playground equipment.

Banks, currency exchange, shopping and dining are all within walking distance of the B&B. The Niagara Falls Shuttle Bus stops at the door every half-hour from 9:00am to 2:00am. The Niagara Parks Commission's The People Mover starts its route only about 500m away from The Village and travels downstream. Once on the People Mover, you can explore all of the sites, scenes and attractions the Niagara Parks has to offer, including:

• Niagara Helicopter
• the Butterfly Conservatory and the School of Horticulture
• the Floral Clock
• Queenston Heights Park
• Brock Monument

If you would like to travel upstream, the entire Niagara River frontage is a well-maintained parkway with many roadside picnic areas. A free boat launch, the Legends on the Niagara Golf course and several large picturesque homes are just some of what Niagara Falls has to offer. Come and see.
