Nightingale
House Bed & Breakfast
Your Hosts: Stuart and Lesley O'Gorman
We
welcome you to this fine centurian house, full of gracious charm,
character and original style. This fine old house was built in 1880
in the village of Wales. One of the "Lost Villages" flooded
during the construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway. It was the largest
wooden structure moved to Ingleside.
Our
guests can choose from three double-sized bedrooms which are attractively
furnished with period antiques. All bedrooms are warmly decorated
for your personal comfort and "old style" relaxation.
Afternoon 'Victorian Tea is available
by appointment.
Come
and step into the past and enjoy being pampered.
Come and enjoy the pool and the romantic gardens,
or take a short walk down to the St. Lawrence.
To end your evening enjoy complementary tea or
coffee under the carriage lights on the patio.
Attractions:
Upper Canada Village, Upper Canada Playhouse, St. Lawrence Parkway,
Bird Sanctuary, Inveraden Museum, Wood Museum, Lost Village Museum
and Upper Canada Golf Course.
