great room with its 12-foot ceiling and ornate plaster moldings.
Gingerbread crowns top the French doors and tall windows. Original
chandeliers illuminate a massive fieldstone fireplace.
Delicious
full breakfasts featuring regular or herbal tea, coffee, juice,
seasonal fruit, homemade jams, jellies and baking, fluffy French
toast with Huron County maple syrup or l'oeuf champignon, along
with a selection of delectable meats (to name just a few delicacies)
are served between 8:30-10:00 am in the antique filled dining
room

The"Rose
Garden" decorated in shades of
pink and green and furnished with antiques and wicker, offers
a queen-size bed and a 3-piece ensuite bath with shower. The "Rose
Garden" is at the front of the Manor and overlooks the Victorian
pond and extensive lush grounds. "Stop and smell the roses"
"Ribbons"
in a relaxing shade of blue and furnished
with antiques offers a queen-size bed and a 3-piece ensuite bath
with shower. 'Ribbons" looks out into ancient spruce trees.
Awaken to the sights and sounds of the country, beautiful sunrises
and songbirds singing.

In "Country Blue"
the double and twin beds are adorned
with Nova Scotian hand made quilts. It has a Victorian pedestal
sink and shares a 4-piece bath in the hall. The flowing water
from the Victorian pond will lull you to sleep at night.

The "Home Room" is
furnished with antiques and a queen-sized bed adorned with a handmade
quilt and white islet lace. It has a Victorian pedestal sink in
the room and shares a 4-piece bath in the hall. The "Home
Room' overlooks lush green fields of corn, soybeans or alfalfa.
Nostalgic houses abound in the "Home Room".
A TV with a satellite dish, VCR and sound system is available
in the guest parlour. A small fridge is available in the sunroom
for guest's use.
